Matthias has been working and living in China for the past decade. The only natural combination of his interest for entrepreneurship, beverages and China lead him to found the world first Baijiu bar in Beijing, Capital Spirits. Today Matthias is helping Chinese baijiu producers to open and grow new markets for baijiu around the world.
